Hello! As usual, we are trying to export an animated skeleton using the DAE file format, but the animation hasn't been exported. We could do it using Maya 2024, but Maya 2025 gives us that error. Do you know what's happening? Could it be a problem with the version of Collada or FBX files you are using now?
We use File > Export All in a file with an animated skeleton made with joints. The file type is DAE_FBX and we checked the "Animation" and "Bake Animation" options. We are sure everything is set correctly because it's the same Custom Preset we used in Maya 2024. We use this workflow to import animations made in Maya into our system.
Thank you
