Why can't my bone move?

The Skeleton Definition seems to be broken.

Unlock the Skeleton Definition, correct it and then lock it again.

I fixed the skeleton definetion, and now it has a green checkmark next to it, but the rig still isn't moving

Hi!

Yes the control rig will be removed.

You need to add it again by choosing Source -> Control Rig (which also forces a lock of the Skeleton Definition)
