Blendshape, skincluster warping HELP!

Hello. Ive rigged and skinned a head, when i position the head using a parent controller and try to activate a blendshape, the head blends back to its original position, I have tried switching around the inputs for the base head mesh but when i do this it allows the blendshapes to work in the new position but there is a strange deformation occuring like double translation. if i turn the skincluster envelop off it returns to normal. please help someone.
it wont allow me to attach a file, the blendshapes are controlled by the phonemes control to the left of the head. the skincluster is for the main head model.
Skincluster off = blendshapes work but cant move head
skincluster on = blendshapes double translate but can move head
If anyone knows how i could attach a .mb file with it in could you let me know.
