Black screen in any Render Viewport

Hello Autodesk Community, I need some assistance, I installed Maya 2018 a couple of weeeks ago, this due to problems with Maya 2017. I own a Lenovo Legion Y720 computer, which runs fine, the problem I´m having is that I can't use any other Render Viewport, I can only use Viewport 2.0, if I try to switch to any other Viewport I end up with a Black Screen, like in the attached files, I have tried changing the Render Engine which I have set on DirectX at the moment, another problem i'm facing is that whenever I try to use Graph Editor, I end up with the same Black Screen

Please try deleting the "maya" folder from "documents" folder. This will reset your maya preference.
