audio maya 2023

I have downloaded the maya 2023 version that autodesk recommended. 
I have a character with audio and when playing (ALT + V) the audio is not heard.
How is it solved?

You could right-click on the timeline and get this menu for audio settings, you can troubleshoot your issue there. Make sure audio is selected in there or adjust the audio volume or import it once more.

thanks but it didn't work,
what happened was that in the playback of the playblack it was in "Play Every Frame, Free" and I didn't realize it.
