Arm rotating the wrong way

This video in the attachments explains it all. I've always had this problem when animating. The arms are bending in when they can interpolate without bending in at all.

Hi sjacks78,

What was the zero position of your character when you created the rig?  I suspect it was not in a t-stance.

The rig and the model were both at zero position. I suspect that the culprit is the interpolation mode. The video explains my problem.
