Hi,
I'm still new in using Maya and this is my first trial doing animation. So basically I'm having problem with the movement of the animation. I used dummy character for this animation.
First, I imported the .fbx file into Maya 2016. After I define control rig, insert skeleton, etc. and also import the dummy character, I found that there are some abnormalities of the movement. I applied Euler filter too but still same.
Well, I googled to find if there were any same isues as mine or ideas but nothing much can help me with this. I also tried to figure this out with my colleague because in her Maya 2016, the animation movement was normal.
Later, I used Maya 2015 and I repeat the whole process as same as what I done in Maya 2016. Surprisingly the animation works fine and the movements were also normal. And I don't know if this has to do with the settings in Maya 2016 because the animation works fine in Maya 2015. If there is any specific settings that I need to customize, please tell me.
Here I also attached the image of the character in two different versions which are in Maya 2016 and Maya 2015.
