Advanced Skeleton/ creating skincage issue

Hello. I tried to use Advanced Skeleton's Deform(option2) to make square skincage figure that measures my model's amount of rigging properly. However, though I tried so many times, this happens.
As you can see, the skincage figure's left side of the chest is crushed badly, and this effected left side of chest and shoulder's skin binding badly.
It did not happened when I tested on default biped skeleton. Yet, it worked very well.
All I did was nothing but locating and rotating some joints(hip, spine, shoulder, etc) manually and fixing pole vector.
I am positive that I did mesh cleanup, optimizing unknown nods, and created whole new biped-joints to make sure nothing bad is happening.
I don't know what the problem is. It really gives me frustration and I want fine solutions.
p.s.) I am using Maya 2019 / advanced skeleton ver. 5.826
