Wrap deformer scaling issue

1. Hey guys, I am facing some issues using wrap deformers. Actually I have wrapped the eyebrows to the face and when I am scaling the rig the mesh is getting unusual and the eyebrows get little bit displaced from actual position.

try to scale all at once:

1. child

2. target

3. target's Base (hidden copy of target that creates on wrap creation)

imagine wrap deformer is a sibling of lattice
