Rotate tool is missing

Hi can someone help me please?

so I just opened my work file. then when I want to rotate the controller on my character object, the rotate tool  is not visible at all in any view. whether it's perspective, top, side or front view. Then I click show > manipulators. but the manipulators button is checked which indicates that all buttons in the show are checked.

Then the second problem, my move tool and scale tool have a very large size, I don't know how to change it back to normal...

 

 

I have tried to reset all the tools from rotate, move, to scale tool. Then I have tried to close the maya program, turn off the laptop power and restart the laptop, but still no change...

right now I really need your help, because I need to complete an urgent project. I would be very grateful if anyone can help me...

Hi!

It seems like you accidentally changed either your Globalscale or your Handle size in your preferences to a high value. The Rotate Tool isn't invisible, it's just so big that you don't see it, since it doesn't have the lines to the mid point the move and scale tool have.

Under Maya -> Prefereneces go into the Manipulator Preferences and set the two values with the red border.

1.5 and 10 are the Default values I believe.
