Progressive Animation

Hi,

I'm having issues getting an animated walk cycle to loop progressive in the Time Editor, the first and last frame match completely apart from the translate on the Z axis of the rig forward, I've switched the Clip Loop Modes Before and After to Progressive, everytime I try to get it to loop it just snaps back to its original position and doesn't move forward.

I've followed these instructions (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/maya/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2020/ENU/Maya-Ani...) and tried baking out the animation, checked the infinity in the graph editor, and set the Post Infinity to Cycle Offset on the curves that move forward. I'm just completely lost as to what I am missing and there is nothing extra online that I've found that will fix this.

Can anyone identify any potential fixes?
