I'm posting this in the rigging forum because I use this when creating an ik spline spine. Basically, draw a curve, rebuild the curve, draw the joints by snapping to the EPs of the curve, then use the curve to create an ik spline. (This method prevents the joints from translating or rotating when creating the ik spline.)
The problem is in 2023 or later, the vert snap (v) when drawing the joints snaps to the CVs instead of the EPs. Prior to 2023, it snapped to the EPs.
It's just a weird thing to have changed, and a little annoying. I don't suppose there's a way to snap specifically to EPs instead of CVs, is there? If not, why not?
And yes, I can curve snap and eyeball it, but I'd rather not have to.
