Playing a reference video anywhere on the timeline

Hi there! I'm just trying to figure out how I can get my reference video in maya to start playing anywhere on the timeline. I don't need it to play at frame 1 or 0. I need it to start playing at frame 65 and go from there. Does anyone know how if this can happen or how to make it happen? Thank you!
