model goes weird

hello everyone, i rigged and in the process of animating a model. i animated him and everything but whenever im trying to move a key to another frame, the model starting to lose shape and goes weird. how can i fix that?

You are asking like to a blind person for the direction. Some vids in action, even the MA, or at least several screenshots could be helpful, don't you think so?
