Mesh will randomnly glitch out while animating

I've had this come up several times now. Basically while I am animating, a part of the rig's mesh (like the waitress' tie for example) will just glitch out for some reason like pictured below. But the stranger thing is that if I save and exit then open the file again, the mesh goes back to normal. Is there any reason why this happens? Hoping to get it fixed as it does make animating a bit more annoying. (also as a side note, I was animating the character's foot when the tie glitched out)

Hello,  Not a lot of info to go on, but this looks like a GPU Override issue.  What version of Maya are you using?  Besure you have any updates installed.  Also, be sure you have the most up to date graphics driver installed.  If you can reproduce the issue consistently, try with GPU override option disabled in Windows < Settings/Prefs <  Prefs < Settings < Animation.

If you would like me to test and confirm, please share your scene.  You can send it to me via private message.

Hi,

I turned off GPU override, but it still seems to be glitching out sometimes. What I've noticed however is if I change the animation evaluation mode to DG, let it play, then change back to parallel and play again, it'll fix these glitches without me having to quit and reload the entire program. Although still not completely sure why this is happening in the first place.

What version of Maya are you using?  Can you send me your rig?

Sorry for the late response, I'm using Maya 2024.2. Attaching the rig here.

Thank you for reporting this.  I can reproduce in 2024.2.  It is, in fact, related to Parallel evaluation.  I don't seem to be able to reproduce it, however, in my current internal builds.  Let me do some research to find out if it has been addressed, or if there is something the dev team needs to look at.
