Mesh not exporting with Rig after baking

hello, I'm trying to bake my animation but when i export, part of the mesh is missing though I can see that the rig is still there and that it is working.
I got an error message like: Unsupported operation on Mesh Vertices, complex animation baked, unsupported tranform node with multiple shape nodes...
I have attached the baked fbx and maya file. Would appreciate help getting this animation baked correctly😞
