Maya Transfer Blendshape to same obj but different UVs

Greetings,

I'm currently working on a rig skinned and with Blendshapes. Lately, I was asked to transfer the skin weights and Blendshapes to another same mesh, but with different UVs. For the skinning, it was easy but I cannot find a way to do it, without recreating them from scratch and then use the Node Editor or Set Driven Keys. Is there a way to transfer pre-made blendshapes or substitute the blendshape's base mesh with another one?

I hope my question is clear and I thank you for the attention.

uvs have no affect on blendShapes.

if there were no topology changes you can just use the same blendShape targets into the new geo

Yes, that is what I'm referring to: I don't know how to transfer the same Blendshapes targets into another mesh with the same topology. Is there a way, perhaps?  I would love and be very grateful to know how.

Thank you for your attention, stephenkmann.

Blend Shape target are duplicates of the original model, with changes added .

to create a blendShape.. select all the target geos. and then the object you want to apply the blendShape to.. and deform--> blendShape
