maya rigged/skinned character scaling problem

hello,

my problem is when I scale my skinned/rigged character, it deforms, but it is no double transformation. For skining I used bind skin (logically), delta mush and the paint skin tool. Before I apply the delta mush tool, everything scales right. But after I applied delta mush, it looks weird if I scale the character.

Yeah I will do, I solved it, but not completely I guess. If you skale the character down, it looks like the stickman on the photo. When you make the displacement smaller (delta mush) then it looks normal
