Maya 2020: Game Exporter PushPop directory not created or not found

Hello, I'm having a problem with my game exporter. Clicking on export throws the error "pushpop directory not created or not found." I found this thread before on the error from Maya 2018:

which says there may be a problem with unicode characters, but the name on my computer is Dominic, all in simple ASCII. Any way to fix this?

我已经解决这件事情。
根本原因是电脑用户名存在MAYA游戏导出器不支持的字符。
解决方法有两个:
一、更改电脑用户名
具体操作自行查找。本人不建议这样做,这个方法对电脑中其他应用存在隐患。

二、更改MAYA首选项存放路径。
1.打开系统环境变量,点击新建。
2.输入变量名:MAYA_APP_DIR
3.输入变量值:新创建文件夹路径或应包含Maya首选项的现有文件夹的路径。
4.单击确定保存。
5.启动maya,使用“游戏导出器”(Game Exporter)导出对象,并查看该功能是否起作用。
