Maya 2017 time slider crash/ Malcom rig

Downloaded the Malcom rig and now getting a time slier crash, can't move more than 5 frames, anyone else have this issue with 2017?

Hello, 

I was not able to get a crash in any 2017 version.  Is there any information in the output window?  What graphics card are you using?  Is the driver recent?
