Issues modifying tangents in graph editor using HumanIK

Hi there, I am using the Human Ik system to set up my rigged character for motion capture clean up and have just imported the re-targeted animation to a base layer. I then added animation layers on top and noticed that the graph editor for the animation layer does not allow me to modify the tangents. The base animation layer allows me to modify tangents though. I have read in CG talk forum that I should  change the preference for interpolation to independent Euler angle curves instead of quarternion. I also checked to make sure to have free tangents on.

After I saved preferences and restarted Maya, I still cannot modify the tangents. Does having the animation layer set to additive have anything to do with this issue?

Thanks!

I'm having exactly the same issue. I wish I could figure it out or a Autodesk tech would chime in.

I'm having a very similar problem trying to key changes to the ankle effectors after baking some animation to control rig. Has anyone seen a solution to this?
