Is it possible to apply lattice deformation before blend shape ?

I have a book. One page duplicated so I can work a separate universe on it.
On this page I have obj constraints on faces (buildings in this case)
These buidlings are animated with a lattice deformer.
Then I would like to blend this new page (with the builldings attached) to one existing turning page.
But it always takes the lattice deformer after operating the blend. So result is not the uniform growing effect I expect (see last picture)
What could I do in order to apply a transformation on the city mesh before the blending process ?
