I cut the mesh that connected between shoes, and  I separated them to different objects. I deleted history, and rigged, but they move together.

Hi!

The way the boot moves with it is because of the skincluster that moves the rig. In order to stop it from following the other leg you will have to change some skinweights. Here is a tutorial that explains it a bit more closely:

I hope this helps!

The best way is to manually edit the skin weight distribution. But if you just started and didn't do much after binding skin then you can try again with the settings shown in the image below. The main change here is the "weight distribution". The default is "distance" which binds skins with nearby joints which is the cause of your issue. If we change it to "Neighbors" then the skin weight distribution will only go through the hierarchy.  This is not a foolproof method but it's a good place to start.

Changing the binding method to Geodesic Voxel will give you better accuracy in the initial skinning but keep in mind that Geodesic voxel is a very resource-hungry method and it will take much time to finish the binding compared to the default. I advise you to not do this if your Maya is crashing in the process.

Hope this helps.
