Eye controller not working/ Red vertices issue (Maya 2019)

Hello everyone. I have an issue with one of my rigged characters. After i finished with the weight painting, i made an eye controller but it's not working. I created the curves,  fixed the pivot, deleted the history and freezed them, i used constrain then aim for both eyes. The whole controller seems just fine when i move it. The eyes follow it but when i move the body, the eyes stay still. They don't follow the controller. I tried everything. Parenting the eyes to the head bone and the eye controller or binding them to the bone but nothing seems to work. Another problem i have is with the red vertices. I wanted to create some blendshapes for a lipsync but when i duplicated the body, it looked weird, with some strange blur on the head area. Also when i select it to move the vertices, they are red. I tought it may be a bugg but i really need some help and advice.

Here are some screenshots. If necessary i can upload the file itself. Maybe it's a problem with the rigg. I also have to mention that i used control rigg from HumanIK , not IK Handles. If anyone could help me, i would be grateful.

Hi!

It's not a good idea to put multiple issues in one questions (3 in your case, better make independent posts).

For the red vertices, check this:

For the blur, disable Motion Blur in Viewport 2.0.
