Do I Need to Bake High Res onto my Low Res Model if I Import Textures from Substance Painter?

Hey all!
Just a quick question: I modeled my model in zbrush, exported the low res into Substance Painter, then baked the high res and UV's onto the low res. After that, I want to pose the model, so I exported the low res model into Maya for a quick rig to pose to render out in Marmoset. Does importing in the texture maps from Substance Painter automatically include the high res bake as well? Or do I need to project the high res model separately onto the low res model that I have?
