Controllers are not following joints from master control

Hello, this is my first post on Maya forum.

I'm making a FK arm using a 2 types of clavicle spacing as you can see in the video below.

The right arm is moving well as I wish but the left not and I can't understand why. I have remade controllers, joint chains without success. Obviously it's the same identical method between this two arms.

You can see my hierarchy in the video and I'm using an orient group orient constrained from other two groups shoulder and world. This Orient Group contains my fk controllers that move a simple 3 joint chain: upperarm, elbow and hand.

The clavicle controller, instead, is controlling directly the only one clavicle joint in the skeleton.

Everything is working very well except this shoulder orienting.

Can you tell me why the left controllers do not follow the left arm? Any workaround would be awesome to know

Thank you very much, every response is really appreciated
