Body part won't move after applying key frame.

i tried moving hand of my character it won't move everything else is in motion , added first keyframekey frame added 1

 added the second keystroke after giving movement

key frame added 2

 no motion on leg moves 

No movement

I'm not really sure about your rigging method, but I was able to animate the hand and the foot by changing the settings in the picture.

I noticed that when I add a key to the foot, it appears in the hand as well?

I'm not sure about what you are trying to achieve, but it might be a good idea to simplify your rig 😉
