Between keyframes, bones move on their own

I'm trying to create an animation using my own rigged model. I'm new to this, so I might be doing some critical errors I'm not aware of. I posed my character and keyframed all the bones using S, then I copied my keyframes from frame 1 to frame 50, where I wanted to create another pose. The gap between those frames is that huge, because it's important to me to make this animation very slow.

However the problem is, that between keyframe on frame 1 and duplicate of it on frame 50 bones of my model move on their own. Parts of my characters body rotate, for example he rotates both of his arms and move the torso. Not all the bones move, however a huge chunk of those. I didn't set any of that, and have no idea where it comes from, but it prevents me to go further with my animation. I only did one keyframe, and copied it. Without making a duplicate, the model stays posed as on the saved keyframe regardless of which frame I check.

Please, send help.

Hello,
It is hard to know what happens without nothing to see.
It might simply be some animation curves to smooth out in the graph editor.
Please attach some video or image to support your problem if you can not post you rig.
Cheers
