Animation graph notes detached from my referenced rig in Maya 2024.2

Hey, I was going to run the shot for my thesis only to discover that all the animation was gone I received the dig around in the node view and find that the animation graphs still existed, but they were no longer connected to the referenced rig. None of the naming format had changeded to may knowledge replacing it with the original reference, didn't fix anything nor did reloading the reference
