Advanced Skeleton - Preserve joint orientation

Hello, I have this problem with Advances Skeleton 5.
Can I somehow preserve joint orientation when I build my rig? By default joint orientation is 0;0;0 but thier values are stored in Attribute Editor > Joint > Joint Orient. Can I somehow transfer this values to Channel Box rotation for each joint? Thanks : )
