3D model problem

I'm trying to animate my models.

I select all of them and press S on frame 1. (first photo from attachment)

When I click on other frame,(25 in my print), Superman's foot is moving and I don't understand why. ( second photo).

Can someone explain me why is this happening?

Select that leg and if in the attribute editor the transforms are in red that means there is a connection to them....select all of them and right click and go down to break connect.

I moved the leg back and this time it seems it's not moving again.

If i'll face this problem again, i will try your advice. Thanks
