Is Cimco going away?

Is Cimco going away?  Today I receive this letterScreenHunter_297 Jun. 15 07.12.jpg

 

  So my question is are they just capitalizing on the loss of Back plotting or are there plans afoot to eliminate Cimco and adopt some sort of Autodesk in house thing?
