InventorCAM posting wrong B-Axis movement

Hey guys, 

i ran into a Problem i didnt have before.

Im using Inventor Professional with InventorCAM and im running into the problem that its trying to post a B-Axis movement that is wrong. 

The machine is set "zero" at B-90 C180.

The machine is able to do the movement that is needed. But Inventor wants to post the B-Axis to -116 which is just wrong. The right position is roughly -73. So im assuming its trying to go to the wrong direction. I have tried everything that came to my mind to solve this Problem so im hoping you guys can help me out. Ill post the Part and the error message here as well.

Is the program being posted using a different work offset to the position you have aligned the B and C axis to? It is showing an error message regarding G54 work offset. It could be possible that you have accidentally aligned the machine to a different offset than the one you are posting the program out to?

Which post processor do you use? I think this is an adjustment problem.

the machine is positioned at B-90 and C 180 from where the program should start.

But it shouldn´t matter which position the machine is in for inventor when posting the program since it doesnt know at that point at which position the machine is. 

Its just that its trying to go to B-116,xxx which is completely wrong. 

The way i have set it up now the machine is able to do the needed work since i have roughly written a program by hand to see if every position is in reach for the machine.

i tried the post processor that we got from HAAS and the standard one that comes with inventorcam and downloaded the newest one from the Autodesk post processor website yesterday.

Havent had any similar problems for the past 2 years.

 What options do i have to adjust?

If i adjust the WSC it will post without problems. 

But i need it to post from the position where its at right now since i have to start out from there. Otherwise i have no way to probe the workpiece.

Just to show that its posting the program without any problems when i change the WSC.

Since its not having any issues to reach that position it aswell shouldnt have any problems taking it there even if Z and X Axis are switched.

Hi @PierreWeber 

I'd say that it is probably a problem with the post processor then if it is outputting the wrong co-ordinates but the CAD and CAM are showing different co-ordinates. I'd speak to the supplier of the post and see if they can spot what's going wrong here.
