Often times, we have positions open up, and our trusted users don't even know they where available.

I want to help change that and let our community of users know we have a one rec for a content developer.

This person would be responsible for the tool tips and tutorials that ship with the 3 CAM products we offer.

Should you or somebody you know be a good fit for the role feel free to reach out to me or apply at the link below.

My hope is we fill the role with one of the avid users from our community.

Note, I love to engage on the forums. However, I spend a lot of time in meetings trying to help clear the path for our amazing team of Developers working on Manufacturing at Autodesk. So, if I don't respond immediately, it's not that I don't care.

Hi Al,

Having community members on such a spot would indeed be great.
And indeed a shout out here is necessary since I don't think most of them are specifically looking for such a job even though they would be interested.

Just out of curiosity is it a we don't care where you live kind of job or looking for a specific location?

I don't think working from home is out of the question for the right candidate.

Personally would love to have a dedicated support person in Europe. There are enough in the states to help everybody there but in Europe the problem is that development is so busy they can't do any support anymore. So if it would help a lot when the support guys wouldn't be focused in one area.

@Laurens,

I agree, support staff in Europe is needed.

That said, we don't have an open role for that yet.

I wanted to circle back on this post and let you all know that we have filled the Documentation position.

I am excited to say, Mike Mattera has accepted the role.

Mike and I share very similar pasts.  While I was Creating Video training content for SolidWorks, Mike was creating content for MasterCAM (www.tipsforcadcam.com)

We are excited to add such a strong memember to the team!

I am sure you will all see the postitive effects of his contributions in the months and years to come.
