Hi,

the new Serial/Key for Inventor HSM Pro 2017 is now online in the autodesk account but when and where can i download it?

That really shouldn't be needed.

It should run pretty smooth on that pc.

Could you make a screencast(video) so we can see when exactly it hang/takes long?

Can you also check if there is a high CPU use at that moment?

The easiest thing to spot is that your harddrive/ssd is working at 100%.

Which would be weird for an SSD.

Pretty sure that is your problem. Is Inventor installed on a separate hard disk? Or is the file located there?

no inventor was not running at the 100 procent drive that is my Hdd it was copying at that moment.

inventor is on the ssd en same problem without copy

Running the same CPU at home, also 16GB of RAM, and don't have any issues with slow toolpath generation, also have Inventor, Fusion, and HSMWorks all on SSD along with the OS.

 

I would avoid heavy hard drive operations while doing anything else though to start with and see if that is what was causing the processing bottleneck.
