where can i download HMSWorks Manual in pdf format ?

I don't believe we have one in PDF format.

It is not exactly a PDF but you can both view, copy and print the CHM file that can be found in the default installation folder C:\Program Files\HSMWorks\HSMWorks.en.chm
There are also free CHM to PDF converters on the web.
