G Code Skipping lines

I have created a simple brick layout to cut into wood and when simulating within inventor everything runs fine but when I then post process and load it into Mach3 the code runs most of the way through and then suddenly jumps to the end and misses an entire toolpath if not more, anyone know any soloutions?
