When I use a radius Mill or a form tool, when I pick my Contour which is at the bottom of a radius on the model it only goes down to that depth it does not allow for the tip length. For example my model has a .062 radius on it and I use a .062 radius Mill but it has a .015 Tip light on it. So that means it should drop down .077 for the cut but it does not it only goes .062 it does not matter what # you put in the tip length on the radius Mill or a form tool.
