Hi @Anonymous,

Are you still receiving this error? It sounds like you may not have stable internet connection required to upload your project to the cloud rendering engine for analysis.

We are having in our large Enviro class at the University the exact problem error while performing the REVIT 2019 Lighting Analysis with the Insight 360, Vers. 2019, plugin:  'Failed to export the document to SPD. SPD export failed. Check you have permissions.' We never had this problem with version 2018 before. University internet connection is stable (fiber optics), firewall turned off. We looked at the recommendations on this blog. None of the solutions works, even not re-installing the Insight Plugin 2019. We need help other than the useless descriptions on this blog

Sounds frustrating.

Can you try to run the analysis on your home computer or some network outside of the university?  It's likely an issue with the main network firewalls that you can't control on your local machines or routers.
