This is a very rare error, but of course very important, as everything is based on climate data.
Check the following:
- In the 'Location' dialog, select 'Internet Mapping Service'. In that dialog, you should see a list of weather data locations. If you don't see that list, you are either not connected to the web and service, or (extremely rare) the service is temporarily down. Send us a screenshot of what you see. It should look like this:
