SPD export failed

Greetings Sir/mam,

I've been trying to run some energy performance analysis for a building model I'm currently working on. I have run Heating/Cooling load analysis with no problem and when I try to run a Lighting analysis I get a message

"Failed to export document to SPD. SPD export failed. Check you have permissions."

I currently have a student subscribtion. I have seen on the mangament profile under "Product and services" a option of "

Insight - Lighting Analysis for Revit - student".

Should I have access to the Lighting analysis for Daylight analysis?

I'm running the Revit2018, since yesterday because I had some problems with Insight on the Revit2016 version. I uploaded a picture that shows the message and can be seen that I'm running a student verison of  Revit.
