REVIT 2024 Insight Result Troubles

Hello, I am a student working under others, trying to do an illuminance and daylight autonomy study of the project. The results I am getting don't seem to be accurate, I have ensured that all the materials are correct and in the illuminance study the sun is reaching the center interior space.

If someone could explain why my output may be skewed, or if it's simply an issue with the design and how much light actually reaches the inside. We expected the light to reach the the ground floor from the second.

Here is the daylight autonomy with a section cut on the second floor:

Here is the illuminance render: It seems incredibly dark...

This is the open air facade that should be letting in that light:

I should add, in the illuminance study, shouldn't the direct light on the ground spread a good bit more than just the hard shape?
