Lighting Analysis Results Trouble

I have been running daylight analysis multiple time with success on this model, but recently I noticed it has an error and I run a new analysis, and it appears to show in my online gallery, and then I get an email when complete, but it never shows on the list when I go to load it back in and display it in the model. Are these errors related? what is going on?

Thanks,

Matt

Likely those are related.  What is your exact process for recreating this error?

This error popped up again. I think it was after a revit crash when I I had a recent analysis loaded. now it appears that the command is left incomplete.

A transaction error is some problem with the addin.

Can you send the log files from <mydocs>/Autodesk/RevitDaylighting to david.scheer@autodesk.com?

Also the html error report you saved.

Also be sure you're using the latest version of the addin (v4.01) from https://insight360.autodesk.com/oneenergy/Landing/Download

Thx
