Analysis display lost after file closed REVIT/INSIGHT 2019

We are having this issue in the office (Revit 2019.2, Insight 2019) where 2 users have generated Illumination Analysis, LEED analysis and Daylight analysis  on a model (3 stories building, more than 9 analyses altogether, 3 of which have been paid for). Both users have saved and updated the model according to instruction. Upon opening the file the next day the analysis have completely vanished and there is (apparently) no way to retrieve them. Is there any way of retrieving at least the analysis/results we have paid for? How does the system actually work, as in the help file it is specified that other users can access the results of the analyses from the Insight-Lighting list after they have been generated. However, it now seems that even the author cannot retrieve them after the REVIT session had been closed.

Here's how it works:

  • Insight Lighting uses the 'Analysis Display' framework to visualize results in Plan and 3d views.  This Revit feature is transient, meaning that the analysis results display is only valid during your Revit session (will disappear when re-opening).
  • To make this process more time-efficient, Lighting stores processed results locally with the model, so that they can be regenerated quickly in a new session.  Runs that are stored locally are denoted with a '*' in front of the name of the run in the Lighting run list (first dialog that comes up when clicking Lighting).
  • Any results stored locally can be regenerated by any user of the model, whether they are the ones that ran the analysis or not.  This allow sharing of runs with your team by generating your results and sharing the saved or workshared and synched model with '*' results.
  • Any results not stored locally are always available, but as they need to be downloaded from the cloud, they are only available to the person who ran the analysis and paid for it.  Just select the run from the list (only your runs show up on the list), and results will download and process, get stored locally, and show up on schedules and views.
