I have an educational license with 100 cloud credits. After performing a simulation, I cannot access the results, because of an error related to the cloud credits (see attached image). For some reason, the cloud credits cannot be charged. The only hint is, that there may be an error with the cloud-connection.

I have tried reinstalling, running the simulation on different computers and at different locations (not an internet connection problem).

Thank you for any advice in advance.
