Publish area setup - keep crashing

Hello. 

Everytime i try to change the aspect ratio or anything at all in the "Publish Area setup", publisher crashes. 

The company is running a Network license, but atm only 1 computer has the software. 

Is there any hotfix for this, or should i just reinstall?

Windows 7 Professional 64bit

Inventor Publisher 2016

Intel Xeon E5-1607 @3.00 GHz

32gb ram

Hi, 

 could you cplease heck your Region and Language setting ? if it's not English, please changing the format to English(United States) and try again.
