Please be advised that I have removed the screenshot that you've attached as it contains your serial number. Kindly avoid posting your license information such as the serial number into a public forum such as this, since that is sensitive information that you shouldn't share with anyone.

Are you getting any error during activation? The screenshot you sent seems to be the usual online activation page. Are you able to select the first option (Connect now and activate) and then click on next and see if that goes through? Let us know if you get any error during activation.
