Why does my iLogic hate my Title Block?

I copied a rule, that works, from another drawing into a new drawing and it won't populate the Title Block. I've tried several suggestions found on the forums and nothing is working. I can still fill in the fields by filling in Field Text but the rule won't populate it. I've done something wrong but can't figure out what it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm still a novice with this whole iLogic thing, even after taking some classes. I've attached, hopefully all files needed, for someone to figure this out. Thank you.

rumor has it that your title block was not nice to iLogic in highschool 😏

nah, the issue is the title block is using prompted entry, and the form is using the drawing iProperties

I think you will just want to update the title block definition to use the drawing iprops as shown:
