what's the relationship between Ilogc and ETO?

I just try to apply ilogic, but I wonder, what is the relationship of ilogic and ETO? If they are combinded together to be used, or or ETO can be programed separately?

Could I use ETO without ilogic, just to make it clear.

ETO can be programed separately, and you could also use iLogic in Inventor separately.
