Is there a way to wait a custom add in from loading till for example the vault add in is loaded in inventor?

don't know what you want achive.

May be you connect to the ApplicatonEvents and wait for OnReady. At this time the vault addin may loaded.

But what is the background why you need the vault addin loaded before yours?

OnReady didn't solve your requirement?

You can also set the clsid of your addin to a higher value as the vault addin.

The higher is I already know.
The reason is that my add in needed the vault add in for login to the vault.
I am not sure if the higher id is working for 2018. And what is the highest id of all add in id's is the question...

May be you can login in OnReady Event?

On ready than I can't load an add in anymore!

Or I need to do it manually. That is not my idea. I need the add in loaded automatically, and use the credentials of the vault add in of inventor.

instead doing that maybe just add in you activation code some checking if vault addin is activated, and if not just activate it ?

you can use this code for getting correct addin id.:
